Airy and big rooms provided with 2 balconies, the bedroom, as for instance. A good choice of APPETISING food at breakfast time. Location next to taxi, the beach with a seperate space and beds for the hotelguests, and Agadir-highly recommended. Excellent service is offered here.

Nice clean apartments.
A little away from the beach. Also I booked a 4 Adult apartment but was given a 3 Adult apartment and charged for the same. Wanted the extra space for the kids but instead they downgrade us without our knowledge only to find out later.

Very friendly staff, but they spoke little English
The bathrooms are too small. The door wouldn't even open all the way.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect, as it is not far from the beach. I loved being able to easily walk to the beach and enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of quality services including room service, car hire, and laundry. It was convenient to have all these amenities available right at my fingertips.
I recommend this hotel to everyone. It offers enhanced comfort and quality services, making it a great choice for a relaxing and luxurious stay.

We stayed for about a week at Founty Beach and truly had a great time. Our appartment was big, clean and had all te stuff we needed for a little beach break. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy, which is rare in Morocco. The place uis very clean, the pool amazing and location-wise you're just a stroll away from the beach or if you're lazy yo can grab a cab for £2 to pretty much everywhere in town. Only minor flaw is perhaps the breakfast, which isn't superb, but big thumbs up generally speaking for this place. If we ever go back to Agadir, this is where we'd stay.
Breakfast could be better, but in that case they'd probably charge you more as well. It's currently 'continental' as in som bread, croissants and jam/butter for £4.

The location of the hotel is convenient, as it is not far from the beach and down the road from a massive supermarket, which is very handy. the room is spacious and clean, with a well-equipped kitchenette and comfortable beds. the bathroom is functional and regularly cleaned by the helpful staff. the breakfast offers a variety of options, and the view from the balcony is pleasant.
One negative aspect is the lack of WiFi in the bedrooms.

The location is very far from Agadir and the beach on a construction site. The living room is cramped and ugly, the kitchen tiny and dirty, the parking possiblities on the street in front of the hotel are rather limited. Beware: the coordinates given on the Booking website are entirely wrong (about 2.5 km off).

A lovely new complex which can only get better. Clean, friendly and with excellent rooms the apartments are well fitted and a pleasure to stay in. Well recommended.
Brand new at present it is due to open a bakery/shop and cafe/snack bar in the near future, both of which are sorely missed. There will not be a bar. Wifi doesn't work with smart phones. Pool shut at 4pm during Ramadan. 20 minute walk into town or grab a cheap taxi but there aren't many passing as yet.

The hotel had a prime location, just a short walk away from the beach. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet was fresh and tasty.
The Wi-Fi connection was spotty, with poor signal in some areas of the hotel. the pool area was a bit too small, making it difficult to find available loungers.

The price is ok and the reception is good.
It is located in a zone full of hotels (only). For instance, there is no mosque nearby.

Me and my family stayed for 7 nights, its was the best holiday ever for us and it was made possible by the staff and management of the hotel. I was our first time in Morocco and am sure it won't be the last. The hotel was excellent very beautiful and cosy, loved the design and the layout of the hotel. I reccomend it to anyone to stay there, the staff were brilliant Rania, Saeed , 4 Mohameds, Amina, Adil, Ibrahim and Abdilatef the manager.
Nothing, for us it was perfect to be honest.

The staff were great and the small complex and fab family pool great for our large and varied age group
Location, too far from all the action with poor pavements. No bar/alcohol on site.
